About

Pocket Rags are handy reusable cloths, which are not fancy! They were invented by now 17yr old Jori as a project for a kid’s craft market when he was 9. Pocket Rags are made from organic cotton flannel, which is soft on your skin. They have a hand tie dyed (with natural homemade plant based dyes) organic cotton triangle pocket on the corner. You can use this to flip the rag inside out in as it’s used, this helps keep your pocket or bag clean on the way to the washing machine! All sewn up with cotton thread, which makes this a biodegradable product at the end of it’s lifespan.

Our packaging is a paper sleeve which is recyclable. Our orders are shipped in paper envelopes, compostable mailers, or reused boxes to keep packaging at a minimum.

Jori also offers a custom monogram option, embroidering an initial on the corner of your rag in a nice chain-stitch.

We have been happily working on this project since 2016 from our home base on Vancouver Island in Victoria, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest Coast region of BC, Canada which is unceded Coast Salish Territory, primarily of the Lekwungen and W_SÁNEC people.
